VB Help

    I’m setting up my VBulletin but for some reason when I sign in as a normal user my profile doesn’t give me the option to upload pics or avatar. I’ve enabled both for users in the admin page but I still don’t have it in my profile. Anyone ever heard of this? I’m sure I’m forgetting to click one little option somewhere. Help Please!

    Have you set up the right permissions to the proper directories on the server? (able to write)

    Check permissions on the User Groups Page in ACP for:
    - Registered members
    - Moderators
    - Administrators

    Check permissions on one of the vB Options pages in ACP (I don't remember the page name now :/).

    Check the usergroup permissions for whichever group your registered with.

    Also check that you can upload the size file you want in the dimensions near the avatars and the profile pictures.

    Make sure that userpics are uploaded to the database or that the folder they are sent to has the proper permissions. You can find this in AdminCP > vBulletin Options someplace.

    Awe, I saw "VB Help" and figured VB = Visual Basic... I got all excited thinking "Yay, I can finally help someone on here"... Darnit...
