VB Bugs..

Aside from the usual "Document Contains No Data" messages, I see a lot of things like this:

    "
Fatal error: Could not obtain file lock in /includes/class_datastore.php on line 523"

According to the vBulleting forums bug section, it would appear this has more to do with limitations in vBulletin than bw, or actual server capabilities:

    http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/bugs35.php?do=view&bugid=2030

Is it possible that many of these problems have more to do with vBulletin, than the server? Just curious. Obviously I am not seeing the same kind of traffic, but I have to see issues like this with other forum software. Don't get me wrong, I like VB the best. It is certainly the most well organized/well put together forum software out there.

    Just curious. Thanx.

Ok, got it again... and the doc contains no data just trying to submit this...

I think you missed my point. This is a not a server problem, (this particular issue I am seeing) as I read it. It appears to be a bug in VB.

Not a vBulletin issue... ultimately an issue with overloaded servers.. but hopefully patched up enough for now.

Since yesterday morning, haven't seen any errors, nor is the site loading slow anymore.

    Page loads are ~1 - 3 seconds

    relative to browsing and loading.

things do seem to be running much quicker, and i agree with OP(relating to quickness in loading)
