vb and ajax? suggestions?

    ok so i jsut setup a vb forum and am somewhat worried. i am not familer enough with ajax to know if i should leave it on the ajax features or disable them. does anyone have any info or suggestions regarding this issue?

    From what I remember, the ajax implementation is problematic in certain server environments - I believe on some older apple servers. Not sure if that is still the case.

    Ajax should be fine (I'm yet to have any issues with sites I have running ajax stuff) - it adds some nice functionality to vBulletin too...

    leave them on. Its more client side then anything and worse case is they wont be able to use the ajax features in vb but still can use the forum.

    If you want to test it use some older browser like netscape

    how does it pan out for the spiders and the se's? to me it jsut feels really odd to not be able to hit the back button on my browser...

    The ajax features are only enabled when you're logged in - Search Engines won't see it.
