VAT/Vamal taxes for Google Christmas Gift?

    I received a letter that i have a package from Google (a framed picture) that is declared at 75$ value and i have to pay taxes in order to pickup the package? :(

    anybody was in this situation, to pay taxes for Google Cristmas Gift?
