When you are a 3rd company,
You get money from the Buyer (Money goes into PayPal) And Draw it back to the Publisher (Less 10% aka FEE).

Do we need to charge VAT for the whole deal? Or only the Fee will do?

There is any chance that we wont charge VAT's?

Is it different between US/EUROPE/ASIA nor other continents.

I think that each transaction has to have taxes applied.

Also, when trading internationnally, taxes don't apply.

They only apply when dealing with people who pay the same taxes. (like VAT)

I have an accountant that handles all of this for me simply because it becomes such a complicated issue. I suggest consulting/hiring an accountznt if you have not already done such.
