Selling Various Sites - Different Niches - All Getting Traffic - Autopilot Content

Looking to unload several of my pet projects. I've spread myself too thin. I hate letting them go but I must.
Assume no revenue, I haven't even tried with these to earn any revenue. Like I said, I've spread myself thin. I believe these have potential to earn revenue through several methods (Adsense, ClickBank, Amazon, and so on) but I need to cut them loose.
