Glad to see that you are interested energetic. I'll try to answer your questions as easily as possible. Our Invision Power Board is version 2.0.0. It is completely legal without the license. I can take a screenshot of the ACP to confirm the version number. Our version of IPB was released right after the PR versions, and Invision didn't keep a download of this version online for long (2.0.1 came out shortly after and was a commercial-only release). As far as transferring, as long as you have FTP and phpMyAdmin access, this will be a breeze. Depending on how big the database file size is (I can't recall it at the moment), transferring everything shouldn't take more than one hour. As far as helping you with the transfer, I would be more than willing to help you get the files online and make sure everything is working.
