I am curious as to valuing a domain which has no ranking but purely on name only. I managed to register a domain which has hip-hop in it and a dot nu extension. I didn't really have any purpose for it other than knowing these domains are extremly hard to come by. I have installed a webmail application on the site, for no other reason than I wanted to test a free host out and test this install and do something with the url. Would I be better off building the ranking or just listing it for sale straight up and crossing fingers, what would you value a domain of these types of names?
Best way to make money is to get some PR to it, but that will take a lot of work, and you won't get the money back when it sells. So just "flip it" build a nice website, nice steady traffic, adsense revenue, and list it for sale.. Can't go wrong buddy, domains are so easilly available that hardly anyone registers them anymore, there floating about everywhere people are giving them away.
yea she's right, the only way i think you could sell a domain with no pr is if you sell it for like super super SUPER cheap
Depends what domain for example "digitalpointers4u.com" is worthless not even worth the reg price, but if it's PR4 It's worth atleast $70-100 The only time domains are worth something without PR is if they are a 3 character even 4 character.. LLLL.COM
