I want share a little story of valueclickmedia with you... They had to pay my february income on 20th of march. but i could not get my money yet. I informed their support service several times, however they never replied. Please take a look at the attached picture. Could you please tell me what to do, this is the first time such a thing happens to me...
I took the ads from the site by the beginning of april, but valueclick account is open. My site is flash games site.
After only 2 minutes of reading the ValueClick Media website I've discovered they only pay when your previous month's earnings are $50 or over. If it doesn't reach $50 they roll it over to the next month. Your Jan/Feb earnings total $45.18, which is still below the $50 threshold so you WEREN'T entitled to payment in March. I suggest you read about it yourself: https://www.valueclickmedia.com/pub_display_faq.shtml So basically, in answer to your question, you should do nothing other than sit patiently, read the rules and wait.
Same thing happened to me, but they replied to me email (2 weeks later...) and said that once the amount earned, they will pay out all the money owned. So If i was you, wait a while, and once you get 50+ and till dont get paid, then its the time to ask for answers.
The option needs to be removed... Minimum payout is £50 whatever you set it to (Well in my case this is the problem). You can try emailing support yourself but you wont get a reply that soon.
By the looks of the image, it seems like payment was issued march 20th. I got each and every payment from them on time via paypal.
so they have to remove 25EUR option. My problem is i can not the support service does not reply till march 22nd. this is not about money, they fool me. thank you advoor...
VCM only pays through PayPal if you are based in the USA. Payments for Europe clients are through check (minium £50) or through bank wire transfers.
