ValueClick media help please

I wanted to try another revenue beside AdSense so I applied to ValueClick media and get accepted now I have a few questions:

-They only option I see in my payment profile is Bank Transfer does this mean that I cannot get paid by cheque like AdSense does (I'm not located at US nor Europe right now)?

-When I try to get the code, I get code for 728/468 banner "recommended" what if I only have a place for the small banner (468) ?

-How could I know how much I'm getting none paid banners if I don't have enough fill?

-Are there any tutorials to make the most out of ValueClick like there are plenty for AdSense?

Thank you very much for your time, I really need help, I've read all their tutorials and they don't cover those issues.

they do pay by check and paypal also.contact them.
use the code that says 468x60 Banner or 728x90 Leaderboard, not 468x60 and 728x90 Banner. :p
the only way is by adding a default as a filler.
do a search, but you may not find a lot.

Thank you very much for your help, Rep added .

I have emailed them and waiting for an answer, I've read in this forum some members contacted them about paying but they answered they don't pay by PayPal, while others get paid by PayPal, very strange!

Anyway, my eCPM is as low as $0.18 I'm gonna wait a day or two and if it says like that, I would remove the code from my site.

Log into your campaign (for each ad format) and untick the lowest paid ads. You have to give it time for your eCPM to increase. Don't be so impatient.

they have offices in a few different countries.they don't interact with each other.it is like they are different companies,so payment options may vary depending on which country you live in.

if your just using the 486,don't expect to make much from it.
if you reject all low paying ads, you'll just get more PSA's that pay nothing.

the higher ecpm ads are shown first.
there is a frequency cap for advertisers,so people that have viewed a lot of ads by VCM may only see cpc or low paying cpm ads when they arrive at your site.

Useful info, I have emailed them but still haven't got an answer, as I've read every where, their email response is too slow!
I have tried to filter all low paying ads but as zodiac said, this didn't help.

Do you mean I should use bigger size ads or more ads formats together?

I wonder, is $0.18 around their average? Because if it is, it would mean ValueClick is not for me!

I took me about 5 days to get approved, I've read that many sites get no response though.
