So my friend got rejected from the ValueClick program cause he didn't meet the visitors level a while back. Now he re applies again, but can't because it tells him his domain is already in their database. How can he go about re-registering...or getting his application re-evaluated?
Well if he now reaches the requirements and hopefully beyond then call them and explain whats going on. They want to make money as much as he does.
