I'm trying to get paid for the past 4 months of revenue I've mad with valueclick, but as of now, I'm told I need to email them my bank details, which I have done. But they won't reply. I've sent it 4 times now over the month, yet still no reply. It's over 1k in revenue. Should I kiss this goodbye and remove valueclick? or are they worth it? Best way to get in contact with them?
I've got the same problem. I've not received the July 20 payment from the ValueClick UK Office. The emails sent to them haven't been replied yet as well.
I have an even more stupid problem - since they've added the new payment method to direct deposit, that is the only option I see in my Payment Profile page. But get this, since I'm not based in the UK I don't have a UK bank account number to give them. And they also reset my minimum payout causing a payment to be issued when I didn't want it. Then I got an email from a Rose Andrew in their UK office last Wednesday (Aug 8th) asking me for my account details. I explained the above to her and till now I haven't gotten a reply yet. I've also tried emailing them via the "Contact Us" pages in both the Admin area and also their main site, and no replies. I last emailed their publisher support (publisher@valueclick.com) on Aug 12th and I also haven't gotten a reply yet. I've now removed all their ads on my pages since my account can easily disappear into the ether seeing as how unresponsive Valueclick is, it will not be fair for the advertisers to get charged for ads that I will not be paid for. I'm very bitterly disappointed. Users beware.
They are pretty slow on e-mails but why don't you try giving them a ring? http://valueclickmedia.com/about/Contact.php
@m0rtal: that will be my last resort since it will cost me money. Not answering emails is poor form for an Internet company, don't you think?
@m0rtal: you got a point about making a quick phone call. So I did just that yesterday. I called up VCMedia in the UK and got put through to a publisher support person. She was very nice and helpful and explained the source of my confusion. She then asked me to email in some details which I had to call up my bank for, and which I did. But now I'm back to the same place again - no acknowledgment of my email and no updates to the status of my account. So in summary, they're good on the phone but suck at email. Oh btw, to those worrying about their payments she also said that their system has been buggy.
@jarimi: all I know is that you can probably know more if you call them because it's obvious they are not looking at their emails at all.
Not everyone is big time enough to get a rep. If they are not serious about answering emails, then don't provide the contact forms or advertise their email address.
I've actually not had a problem getting a response from ValueClick. However, I agree with trying to call them if you can't get in touch via email.
Never had a problem with until this month when I switched from paypal to direct deposit. They always been "okay" with emails, it usually takes around 2 days for an answer, never tried to call them, I might have to do that if my payment continues to delay.
I also have not received my July and August payments. I have been sending e-mails to lots of different adresses for the last two months (contact form, info, publishers, advertisers) But no reply to none of my mails. I removed vcm ads from my web sites. I think vcm does not want any new publisher and wants to decrease the number of old ones. I believe this is some kind of a game (company politics) to get rid of us.
I dunno I've had my payments on the 20th via paypal every time other than one time they were a day late. In that case I called them and they told me what the prob was so just pick up the phone guys.
Same problems here. 5 emails and none of them replied. No payment received for April, May, June and July.
@TargetedClix: I did call and I did get some answers, but I didn't get any responses to what they had requested that I send in via email. So I'm still clueless as to the status of my account. I'm glad that some of you have no problems with them but the rest of us do, and we are not imagining it and it is not for lack of trying to get in touch with them.
