Is there any true value to having a personal blog with a PR 3? I did absolutely nothing other than having the link in a few of my signatures on forums, so I'm wondering if there would be value to building on that.
Sure. I sell links from my personal blog(s) that have PR5/6. Just spend a little more time developing them, get some real traffic, and you're good to go
