depends , because you gave nothing for us to appraise , but for a 4 letter domain .net is worth $10 , if its pronounceable it might be worth $20
I would say only registration fee right now. I posted a thread full of unregistered 4 character .net and .org domains. You might want to start up a website and hold on to it. Maybe in future it would have a greater value. Use the Google Keywords tool to find a niche that pays pretty good and start a website.
My friend, it's all about how you develop your domain. I suggest first you choose a competitive business niche which is full of traffic these days. For example, soccer, FIFA, online games, etc. Then develop your domain with a mini website with few links. Get baclinks and try to get more traffic on your domain. To be honest getting into the domain reselling and making money scheme is long dead, all domains where used up years ago that would ever bring any hard earned cash. If your looking for premium domains to sell on then chances are you will not make alot. IMO domain selling is a waste of time, you should look in other areas of the net to make your millions and stay away from domains. Thats my opinion anyway for what its worth. Anyway the best domains have already gone, I mean sex.com has a price tag of around $45,000 - $60,000 USD and porn.com also is worth alot of money to (Can't remeber how much exactly), I mean tens of thousands of dollars $$$ Don't believe me then go Google it and see for yourself.
