    Hello,

I have recently become interested in knowing what the value of one of my websites is and roughly how much it would make if it was sold. The website is http://www.devdreams.com

    Heres what it includes:

    Custom coded CMS
    vBulletin custom skin
    vBulletin licence
Forum with almost 1,300 registered users
    1000+ Uniques daily
All the content on the site
    Domain name registered until 2007
Rough monthly income of $200 from advertisers
    $60+ per month Adsense income

    What would be the value?

Im interested in knowing how you came up with your figures also so please say.

    Thankyou

Depends how long the income has been like this.

If you can proof income for 6 months id say $260*12 .

As was mentioned, revenue time is important. A website receiving $X per month for just a few months is worth nothing (IMHO). Show me that revenue for a year and now you're talking.

The shorter the time, the more downgraded it is.

As to the content, is it all 100% unique? If so, that worth some coin. If not, it's worth $0.

The site looks good so if those two questions had solid answers, the site could be in the xxxx range. Of course, it's worth what someone will pay. You will find some people who will pay liberally and others who are more experienced and look at every detail.

The basic forumula is 10 months income. -- So $2600.

You could get added value due to the vBulletin license, assuming its an owned license.

Its a tough catagory - and you only have 450 pages indexed in google - so that could be taken into account also.

Just depends on who you find that wants it.
