Value of the domain name with website.

hi,
i and my friend own a domain name.We are planning to sell it.
www.webodirectory.com
Presently we are planning to sell domain name with website.
The home page of the site is PR4
The site consists more than 600 pages.
Most of the pages other than home page has a PR3,PR2
441 pages have been crawled by google.
Total number of visitors to the site is around 500

Can anyone help me how much i will get for this site.
As i am new to this forum i am not much familiar with the rules for posting.
If i have violated the rules then let me know.I will correct myself.

 

Any revenue? That will give the best indication of what it's worth.

 

The site has google adsense ads.Every month we get around $70 to $80 through adsense.

 

I am relatively new to this trade, but I understand that the price of an entire website, including the domain name, is between 2 and 3 times the revenue it makes in one year.

 

8-12 times monthly earnings seems to be a starting spot.

 

can any one say the value of the domain name with website and also where are the places where we can sell our website other than ebay.

 

I think with the current stats 1k atleast
