Hello, We have had a offer to sell our business and we are struggling with how to price our domain and web services. What we have is a custom web application that allows management functions on the back-end and dynamically drive web site based on the the back end functions. The application is developed in .net and uses mssql. The website always ranks in the top 10 for our identified market key-phrases. The visitor count is fairly low about 20-30 a day but our conversion rate is extremely high, typically in the 90% range. The web presence has existed since 1999 and is well know in our market and is well published in print media. The domain is directly reflective of our business name and is recognizable in our community.
