Hi I have a site I am considering selling studentsforum.co.uk - has 22,000 web pages indexed in google and has a Vbulletin licence, 1,800 members. The traffic is only 200 unique ish per day, ranks number 1 out of 160,000,000 for students forum in google.com / .co.uk. what kind of price would I be looking at for this where should I look to sell it? any help would be excellent thanks. If you need any other factors please ask!!
i think the price will depend on the revenue it earns. 12 to 18 times the monthly revenue is the general norm
