Value of SEO Blog

    I have an SEO Blog and was wondering what it would value if I were to sell it.

    Wordpress
    Unique template
    Webmaster tools included
    Detailed Pagerank Checker script included
    Web Directory included (3000+ links)

    One adsense block in pagerank checker results with little to no income.

    600 Unique visits per month
    900 Pageviews per month
    Pagerank 3

    Yeh I know there are various sites around that give you a value but they are all different - so which one is accurate lol?

    wow $700 for that page is a bit steep, is it earning any revenue? 600 Unique per month is not much, I get around 600 Unique/day on my site and i'm selling it for $500.
