Hi, not really sure if this is the correct place to put this thread so forgive me if it's wrong. I am interested to know what the value of my site is. I know people say it is normally 10 x monthly income but I would like your personal opinion. Here are some facts/figures... Domain: www.freeturnkey.net Age: Two months Stats for June 2006 Unique visitors: 1,326 Total hits: 17,839 Revenue: $20 from adsense (Received 247 clicks in total) Stats for July 2006 so far (3 days) Unique visitors: 209 Total hits: 2,467 Revenue: $21 from private ads (stopped adsense as it was rubbish, now revenue is from private sales only) Other factors- Site has been talked about in many forums - Site is advertised on a few high rank sites (Two PR3 sites) and had one purchased thread in sitepoint.com (PR8) What do you think?
is any of those script made by you ? if so, i't would increse the price, since they'd get full right. Other wise i'd think 200$-250$ is a resonable price, it's a good domain and nice layout gl selling it if you do so
none of the scripts are made by me, but I have fulll resell rights. Someone told me they were worth $50 - $150 each!
