Probably low XX because it's a PR 4. Without a PR it would be valued at the reg fee since the domain is way too long.

 

Geez, that's one long name. The name itself would be very lucky to get reg fee, but because of the PR, someone might pay $10 for it

 

Is a PR of 4 not more valuable?

 

Getting a PR4 is not to difficult to achieve plus the name itself would be very lucky to get reg fee just by itself without anything
