I always depends but is there are formula of keyword domains that are tow words or less.

Basically if you have a domain of a search term that gets 5,000 searches a month (eg newcars.com) is there and automatic value to the domain
And if so how much search volume would the domain/keywords have in order to have a value

Effectively you are asking for an appraisal for a domain we do not know.

It is not possible at all to give vague prices of such domains. Regardless of traffic, for example if you had sex.com and fornication.com. Both are 1 word related keywords but clearly sex.com would be worth a lot more.

your best bet is to scout around and look at domain sales and see which type of keywords are strong and which are not.

    yes but
What I am asking is can you place a price on a domain based on how many google searches its keywords get per month

Eg "online phone" gets 4-5000 searches a month (exact)
onlinephone.com is a parked domain name alexa ranking 21182217
    Estibot appraisal 31000USD

Now I know estibot may not be an accurate guide to how much a domain is worth but can one estimate the value of a domain by its keywords

No you can not do that..

Look at the CPC bid for the exact search term. That will give you an indication of the value of the term. No formula exist that determine value on any domain name though. A high CPC bid can help you make a sales argument, but not sell the domain.
