    Hi

i have a site that is making from 70$ to 150$ daily.

This is happening at least for more than 2 months.

All income is from affiliate program.

    No maintenance

Its a .com domain with 890.000 indexed pages (at google)

How much could this site value if i was thinking in selling it?

    Thank you.

But i dont agree with that site: $ 1,134.00

This month in 14 days i already made $1800

Why should i sell the site for $1134?

But thank you for your tip.

    Well, I'd say $20000 ~ $35000.
    Only if its $100/day.

You really want to sell? sometimes the value is low because the buyers is unsure that the profile will maintain.

Sites normally sell for about their revenue in a year, so $100/day=$3000/month=$36000/year. If you have been seriously make $100/day for an extended period of time then that's about how much you should get.

i can't imagine that a site which makes 100/day is going to be sold. if i have that site i would never though of selling that site.
i would always try to improve in and make it more popular.
i know for some people its a business. there are many of them who establish a site to sell. but i don't appreciate this business.
why should i give my talent to other? yes i can share it but i will never sell it.
    its my personal opinion :)

    Thank you for your comments.

I really just want to know what could be the value of this site, because some people have offered me good money for it.

But i never tought in selling it, but the last offer was very tempting ( $25.000 )

But i really am not "needing" make money fast, so im keeping it, unless someone offer me something exorbitant :)

If http://www.mydnstats.com valued your site at around $1200 that would suggest you were getting around 4500 visitors a month - or 150 a day.
To consistently be able to make $100 a day from just 150 visitors suggests you are achieving something out of the ordinary - either paying real $ to get highly targetted traffic or selling something of very high value in a highly targetted niche.
That makes it understandable why you wouldn't want to disclose more details - but it could also mean that the business could easily be at risk of losing such successful performance if a competitor arrived on the scene.
$25k sounds a good offer - if there is a real risk of this performance falling off any time soon

Sorry seafrontsteve, but that site is wrong (completely)

im having an average of 5000 uniques a day, according to awstats.

But as i wrote i only wnted to know what others think about a site like this.

I already read about people paying 6 to 10 times the montly income for a site.

So im more elucidated about the potential value for this site.

And NO, im not selling it.... unless i receive some real high proposal ;)

PS: numbers from awstats for this month:

PS1: no im not talking about my hotels site :)
