Without giving up too much info....

Is there someone that can give an estimate on a PR 6 sites value. Generally speaking...

I think that's a bit too general without knowing the subject, traffic, Alexa ranking etc. From a purely advertising view, selling text links for their PR value rather than traffic, I guess you could easily make $30 per text link per month - so that's $300 for 10. Impossible to say much more than that without further details.

It depends on the traffic, the nature of the site, niche... It is hard to estimate the price based only on PR. It could be worthless and it could be very expensive...

PR is not really worth anything in itself, the links to the site can vanish next month... then you are left with a site with no links and no PR. You should rather check how many visitors you got and where they come from, and how much money the site are making.

    Thanks...

I don't think I could sell text links at this site. It only gets about 100 - 200 hundred uniques a day and is oriented around programming (the old Mambo CMS). Haven't tried though....

Yes. The only thing is that it's a three syllable word on top TLD (com). Probably doesn't have much resale value. I figure that the PR is the only thing that's of value???
