Value of a 15-20 euros day revenue site?

hi all

how much can a site with a revenue of 15-20 euros/day be worth?

if i sell it, what is the right price, knowing that is not really developed (only some 4-5 pages), not maximized in SEO (small traffic - 100 uniques day), and its a growing niche?

Minimum you should sell is 6 months worth of revenue so at least 2700

If you can provide longterm stats. say like if the revenue has been steady for the last 6 month to 1 year. You could ask 1 year revenue easy

 

I wouldn't pay more than 2-6 months profit for it depending on where its hits are coming from.

 

For the most part, a lot of sites are worth 2-4 yrs revenue (as long as it's steady, legit, and provable.)

 

it could be 6-48 months depending on how much stable income, traffic and other aspects are. It is hard to say based on numbers only.

When selling it remember that it does not make $20 per day, it makes $600 per month!

 

i'll try to remember that, altough i'm not a sales man i'm a developer.
