value of 2 or 3 letter domains of any TLDs

hi i am curious to knw what ppl think of the values of any 2 or 3 letter domains with any extension(.com/,net/.org/.info/.jp/.cn'.in ........etc <all>?)
1.how much r they worth and y they r worth so much?
2.who registers domain for cheap but still got a good reputation and service quality?
3.who takes payments from moneybookers or egold or unverified paypals?(just curious)

1. Most 2 or 3 letter domains available worth nothing or two little so if you have found any free that is the reason why.

2. There is not a single domain offering all what you want, Godaddy is not that cheap, support service not as good, and navigation complicated but in overall terms worth. Dynadot is excellent is most of the previous points, but there are some missing features managing domains (no ability to create your own name servers), even then it can meet your requirements the same as Domainsite or Mydomain... you need to evaluate your needs.

3. Dynadot takes MoneyBookers, and this along with Domainsite takes verified or unverified Paypal.
