Value of 2 Backlinks to 1 Web Page from the Same URL

    What is the value of the second backlink if you have 2 backlinks pointing to 1 web page(URL) from the same URL? Does Google give value for both backlinks if the anchor texts are different for each link?

    I'm fairly sure if you use the same anchor text it will diminish the power of the backlinks, however using different anchor text is fine as far as I know.

    depends on quality of the link.. google sometimes show 2 or multiple backlinks on a site..

    No, If you are getting to links pointing towards your website from same web page then it is 1 but getting 2 links from different pages of same website then it may be considered as 2.

    If it is pointed to same page then it is definitely not given the same priority as given to the second one...

    I thought if it was from the same IP it was useless, so I only buy 1 link from each IP address...
