Hi guys, I have this website I want to sell. I'm generating 50$/month (google ads) on it, it is a .com tld and it has PR3. Been online for 2 years now High quality content and scoring well in google what is this worth? I read somewhere that 12*monthly earnings is ok. Is this right?
