I've just set up my ads and the ads are shown OK on www.thefirstpick.com. I am aware that I have to wait for my ads to be reviewed and I'll wait for few days BUT... I've put the PHP code only on my index site and when I wanted to "Validate/Calculate Weight Now" it displayed:

    Ads not found on http://www.thefirstpick.com/forum/groupcp.php?sid=821f68635ce2951149da1479e7618179

What I wanted to say is that I still don't want to display ads on forum (PHPbb) because I've just started it and I am still experimenting with it. I want ads to be shown only on main page (and maybe put sitewide footer if possible, but again this sitewide footer will not be on forum).

I've browsed some 50 old posts and didn't find the answer. I've read in STICKY topic that the ads are usually for sitewides, but what if I don't want to put it sitewide? Any help? THANKS!

The ads must be on all pages of the URL you register with, you can have them on only part of your site if that parts is contained with a directory.

E.g. If you register with the URL www. test.com/forum you would need to have ads on all pages in the forum directroy (and any subdirectories of it) byt you wouldn't need ads on the test.com page. If you use the URL www. test.com then you would need ads on all pages in your site.

hmmmm this seems like a problem to me, I wanted just the opposite thing... I'll try to put the forum in the template of my site and then put sitewide footer there... I hope it would be OK...

It's not possible to exclude a certain directory for displaying ads.
