    Whats the best software that can help to remove validation errors in a fast way that are seen at validator.w3.org ?

    I want to make my sites error free when I check and with some automation..

    Best way would be to hire someone to do it for you, if not do it yourself. Don't think there are any programs to do that for you.

    Can I ask the site? Depending on how bad the code is and how long it'll take me (estimate) i'll give you a quote of how much I would charge to do it if you want.
