Sorry to burst your bubble, but archive.org shows that this domain was previously redirected to PR7 joomavatar.com. It has no PR of it's own.

1: Never rely on bot for inaccurate estimates.
2: It would be far more valuable then just $2,000
3: and if PR was legit, no one would sell for mere $400

what you mean when you say redirected to joomavatar.com, do you mean redirected from? I bought a domain of this guy a couple of months ago that still shows PR 7. What does this mean?

Go to archive.org and enter the domain - modulejoomla.com. Click June 20, 2013 on the calendar. It will show at that time the site was redirected to joomavatar.com. The PR of joomavatar.com is PR7. That's where the PR comes from.

Google doesn't update the Google toolbar PR display for many months. The PR numbers shown are always outdated. The real PR of your domain won't be displayed until the next toolbar update. You need to research your domain to see if it got its PR from a redirect in the past (try archive.org), or if it has *great* backlinks (like PR6, PR7 backlinks) that gave it PR naturally.

Thank you for your appreciation on this thread. I hope if you like this domain then you immediately buy it. However, I never use any tricks to make pr. This domain is valid from google. You know that this is a valid domain from google. If you think you can make a pr, please make as many high pr. But I'm sure you can not.

Very easy. Get any domain you want. Redirect it to a high PR domain. Any high PR domain. Wait for Google to update it's toolbar. When that happens, Google will use the PR of the domain it's redirected to. Now you have a fake, high PR domain. Remove the redirect so people don't know. The high PR will still be displayed in the toolbar until Google again updates the toolbar. Sell the domain before this happens. Big profit!!

    Two month old domain?
    hahahahahahaha
    With a page rank 7?
    More hahahahahahhaha

If some crap site, and your site is crap, would get a TRUE page rank 7, then good to excellent sites should all be at least page rank 7.
    And they are not.

Come back in a month or two and prove your domain/site is a real page rank 7.

And anyone dumb or naive enough to give you more than 5 bucks for your domain/site?
Is just that, dumb or naive.

I know it's ridiculous for you. Maybe you just got up and did not know about google update. But it is not absolute as you said. Please use the PageRank tool that you like.

So you register the domain AFTER the google page rank update, in December.
Which was the LAST update so far.

No, something is very fishy that your domain is pr7.
