    Hi,

    I am looking to clear out some of my PR sites from my Domain portfolio. I had paid some decent amount for these domains and now thinking to liquidate some good ones for prospective domaineers.
    This is a valid PR6 Domain with 1 year Hostory and has some PR7 Backlinks and is indexed in google.
    If promoted properly this can be monetized in a huge way as it tops for keywords that has little competition (You should know what I mean)

    1. I can confirm the site has strong PR7 links from a PR8 site
    2. It has got a few PR6 Backlinks
    3. Site is indexed in google and yahoo (Main page is godaddy parking) but other pages are in google cache.

    So rush your offers soon as I wish to close this soon!
