    I resell domain names so i don't know the exact history of this domain.

    it is for sure a real PR, you can check from checkpagerank.net which is reputable domain name checker.

    Final price i can sell for is $90

    The domain is maybe valid but its absolutely not real or natural PR6.
    For having valid PR you just need to be indexed on Google with the root address.
    But for having real-natural PR you need high quality authentic high PR backlinks which this domain has not.
