    okayface, you know how it goes. I'll only leave one comment here. As usual, your PR6 domain is a fake. Go to archive.org and enter fkui.net. Click on a 2013 entry and you'll see this domain was a redirect to the PR6 domain http://www.fk.ui.ac.id/. Yup, the domain got it's PR6 by being redirected to a different domain.

    Now go to domaincrawler.com and enter fkui.net there. Look at the bottom right of the screen. The Page Rank history. See how the PR jumped from PR0 to PR6 recently? Why? Because that's when Google saw the redirect.

    It doesn't bother me if people want to sell fake PR6, PR7, PR8 domains for $30 or $40. Not worth it, but I guess some people will pay a few bucks for a fake PR. But trying to get hundreds of dollars for a domain that is really a PR0? Not cool brother.

    Thank you for your attention to any of my thread.
    You know I never made any PageRank to the domain. Whatever, this domain is valid PR6. And for about 8 months in my account this domain still PR6 and never drop.

    Alexa said that's not a valid rank okayface. You can check here: http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/fkui.net#trafficstats
    573k is belong to fkui.com
    Anyway, you can request to alexa.com to update their rank for fkui.net. So fkui.net can have real rank.

    The .net switching to .com is the root of the problem. I have requested that the sites be separated which should fix the problem you are having.

    The change should go live within 2 days and then you can proceed with claiming/certifying the .net site
