    Yes, it is a drop. The PR is valid and current. Last Google PR update was around April 2. Domain was registered on February 26, 2010.

    There is no reserve price.

    it's worth for (at least) $40 or over ...

    Since everyone wants to talk in this auction thread, what facts do you want me to list in the initial posts for my future auctions?

    Obviously, the fact that the domain is a drop should be in there. I thought that was obvious, since the registration date is shown. But, I see that I need to show that in all my auctions from now on.

    I've seen a few threads mention quality of backlinks. I think that's worth adding to all my auctions.

    Anything else?
