Valid PR4 site in good niche

Create a blog is a highly valued search term so a while ago I decided to buy this site and make a go of it. Unfortunately I have never had time for this project and haven’t done much with it. The site gets little traffic only 2770 total visitors last month and 359 through the first 5 days of this month, but the good thing is that with the little bit of work I did do for the site it is a valid PR 4 and would be a great start for anybody looking to get into that niche.

I have decided that I will probably not ever work on this site again so I am putting it up for sale here tonight. There are only 2 articles on the site and a few videos which you are welcome to have along with the name.

As everyone knows there is money to be made in the teaching of internet marketing and blogging so this site would be perfect for an experienced Internet marketer. If you have any questions feel free to ask them here for everyone to see.
