    its a temporary valid pr 4. (if it really is) since he admitted it was dropped you will lose page rank next update. so your paying for a temporary page rank.

    you can't because its dropped! if you go and find every back link that was bought or exchanged there is a chance you can save it but since it says you have 300+ yahoo backlinks thats hardly worth it for a 40$ dropped domain.
