    I'm selling LandTrustTN.com. It's registered at Name Cheap. It has valid PR4 as shown in pic below.

    LandTrustTN was used to be a site dedicated for Land Trust in Tennesse. TN is a short for Tennesse state. So it was quite an authority site. Currently it looks like Land Trust for Tennesse authority site belongs to LandTrustTN.org (you can check the site).
