    You get what you pay for. This is what you get for 15 bucks. Nobody would sell a page rank 4 domain with domain authority and backlinks for 15 $. A PR 4 domain with high quality backliniks and DA PA would cost around 100-150 $.
    That's common sense. It seems you are short on budget.
