    Site for sale today is one that I bought for a friend but never built out. Established some backlinks, installed a wordpress database, but didn't do anything much after that. This site can be converted to any niche as the domain name is fairly general. Right now I have some basic Technology stuff on it but that can be changed.

    Trying to thin down my sites, BIN for just $40!
