    I knew about it.

According checkpagerank.net domain age is 2 years.
May be in the past it has been ever dropped (I dunno how to check it), but now it's age over 2 years.

On http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.thebeachhousebistro.com only showing 1 archive record in May 2008, so I assume this domain is not a dropped domain

    The title does say PR3.

So maybe you and your big stupid moustache should stop being an ass and learn how to talk to prospective customer.

FYI the relevance is this: a dropped domain is worth shit.

And by the way the title says PR3 and it's a PR2 so time to learn how to count... (and how to write for that matter)

well it is typo, really big sorry,
but pls read my post on the above

meaning I didn't intend to mark up the domain, it is just a typo. dude, is there is no any good way to inform me that the PR I set is wrong?

This domain is PR2 age 2 years now, so what the relevance if this domain ever dropped in the past? You can add this domain to PTR service such as BV or SR?

Please enlarge on your sentene "FYI the relevance is this: a dropped domain is worth shit" as this domain age 2 years now?

Okay mister, please show me which part that I am treating the customer improperly.

Ok maybe it IS a typo. I was just thinking maybe it was a misleading title meant to attract people to your sale.

I know a 2 years old dropped PR2 domain is still a 2 years old PR2. My point is once a domain has been dropped (as to actually expired before being renewed), it is largely devalued by the search engines and there is a pretty good chance it will lose its PR (or see it lowered) during the next PR update. Yours doesn't appear to be one anyway, I wasn't talking about this one, just about the fact that dropped domain means lower PR during next PR update. I dunno where el.rey got his info though, all I can see is 1 registrar with no drop.

I will not quote you. Just read your answers, you're just plain unpleasant and if you are going to be selling something - anything - you should expect people to ask questions, even the most obvious, and deal with them in an educated manner.

    Thanks for your answers,

    Thomas

If it were PR3 I will set $69 as BID not BIN. You may check my previous thread that I am never misleading or plan to mislead my valuable buyers.

Ok bro, I am appreciate your kind response. I just wanna showing to other members here that I am good seller and I never think twice to fool my valuable buyer(s).

I do my best, may be it is because english is not my mother language. in future I will behave more properly.

    so it is clear now.
