    According to WHOIS, and DNScoop, the domain has only been currently registered since Aug 2008...Meaning, its been dropped and will most likely lose its ranking. The search engine results for it also are all dead pages, meaning the content on it was just added and isnt even indexed as of yet. Looks like nameservers/ownership was just updated 2 days ago.

    While is may be helpful for someone in the niche, I doubt you will get what you are looking for price wise..

    I would however not be advertising it as an aged domain, because it technically is not once it was dropped.
