    Hi!. The thread says that the domain is sold. But below find my answers in response to your queries:

    1. If the website is copied as it is to the new owner then the pagerank won't get effected ( provided domain name is same ).
    2. If the domain is sold before the expiry period of the domain then it won't effect the domain age.
