    The value of the domain lies on these factors:

    1. It's PR 4
    2. It's got backlinks .gov backlinks (more than 5, many, and they are still live)
    3. .Gov backlinks are hard to get and very costly too.
    4. As for the "No Keywords" thing you mention, same goes with "CNN","BBC", and random numbers and letters. I guess it all boils down to how good you are in promoting your site. Besides you use keyowrds in your post titles, posts, and the very title of your site.
