    It is dropped domain, meaning, may be this domain exists 2 years or 10 years. But about one or two month(s) ago the owner not plan to renew it, so it become the free domain (dropped in term of age).

    But as the Backlinks still remain unchanges, so the dropped domain will gain its PR as soon as Google indexed its domain.
