1 - Question is like a kid’s question and also you doing like kids behaviour [ in business ]
2 - Any Rule in G [ Google ] say pagerank 4 site must have pagerank 5 links to maintain their pr values ??
3 - In My 4 yrs in SEM field, I didn’t see any such rule.
4 - Important is strong Link Juice, Even its came from pr 2 or 3 is enough .
5 - I trust the majestic Link Profile
