Buying Valid PR 3 - PR 4 domain. Need ASAP!

    I need some valid PR 3 and/or valid PR 4 with requirements below:
    - Must be valid! No dropped domain!
    - at least 6 months old
    - not a random letter (such as jkhkdh.com, xasxaxxsa.net)
    - good backlink (at least 40 yahoo backlinks)
    - must be .com or .net

    Hey I'm considering selling my site but I'd like to show it to someone that could evaluate it.... I think it has those back links.... How can I find out? and I know it has an PR3 since Oct 06
    patternstudioa.com . The domain name covers a lot of area in the fashion Niche. From art supplies and womens clothing... ... I used it to just to represent my company in 06 - 08 cause the bulk of my contracts where referrals only. But the Madeoff crisis made me step it up and I've been tring to build it out in wordpress and upload products for retail profits.... but I'm not a web guy anyway.
    So If you where interested I would like to hear from you.
