Valid Page Rank 3 make-money blog, unique content

thecashblog dot com received a PR3 after the latest toolbar update. The blog has totally unique content and I would like to sell the entire blog, domain, theme and all.

Am taking offer on this. I had an offer of $60 but it fell through, but now the blog has its Page Rank I'd like to think some more will come through.

Domain is hosted with Go Daddy. I have no time to keep this blog going and would like a fairly quick sale.

It's not banned from Adsense. Like I said, I have no time to do anything with it. Traffic is low but I'll see if I can dig up some stats. Also assume revenue is minimal at the moment. I have had no time to monetize this or drive traffic to it.

 

It's a nice site. I'll offer $50.

Yes the contest thing has been sorted and the guy who complained I contacted personally and he's OK now. I bought the blog start of this month with the intention of running it myself, but I really just took on too much and had something like eight blogs I was trying to update daily.

So yah, no issues with the blog.

 

Can you take a screenshot of this month traffic? Want to see the traffic number, referrals and keywords for which your site has been found via search engines. $70 is my bid on this one (only if you can provide me with that screenshot, other ways take my bid off the table).

 

Traffic is minimal at the moment. I will try and get a screen shot of something for you though.

I haven't decided an end date yet. Will wait until the bidding calms down. I have had an offer of $130 for this and theblogofhealth, but separately the $65 is the highest bid so far.

It's just a Wordpress blog. It uses PHP, right? If you really need help setting it up then I can do it, but it's not hard to do.
