    i have seen indonesian people creates a Valid PR 9 domain from a Fake PR 9 domain...and it passed major update...

    u'r join date is 7 Aug 2011 and u got iTrade from indonesian also on the same date O.O.

    if you still need, why would you "blacklist" for the Indonesian people? In my opinion, not all sites is given a fake / fraud.

    what i need is domain not site :D. i blacklist em because 2 - 3 id can sell the same domain with different price. before lots of people selling quality domain like MCcoy but.. now ... :D

    I think is not because the seller too, it also depense on buyer side. When we are going to buy something we should know detail of the items you want.
    Not because you buy form indonesia people, and you blame all indonesia seller. My opion give the more details on the thread, so people can send the best for you.
