Selling Valid internet/technology-related PR3 Domain with backlinks & Alexa Ranking

Originally I wanted to create some cool tech related / internet marketing related forum or community with this domain but I simply cannot find the time to do so. And I don't want to waste this domain for an autoblog. So maybe someone here wants to make something out of it.

Here are the facts:

As the domain name indicates, you can use it for any kind of tech/IT-related stuff - its pretty generic i'd say. The domain is now about 14 months old.

As you can see in the screenshot the domain has quite a few backlinks. Also the Alexa-Ranking is pretty good and with little work and an actual website you can rank much higher i believe. There is still traffic from the former website (that used to be a tech community i think).

The domain has a PR3 rank (don't get irritated by the PR0 that shows here at DP and the screenshot above - it's just for the version without www, so if you redirect the version without www to the www version its all good). Domain has never been dropped. I did some additional backlinking to high PR sources so the domain should be a PR4 with the next update.

As for monetizing, you could sell links on the site too. Since the niche is pretty popular it will be pretty easy to do so.
